Mozyme Matcha is a botanical wellness supplement co-developed by Euglena Co., a leading name in microalgae research, and Pro Labo Holdings. It combines three purpose-selected microalgae — including the newly developed Euglena-derived paramylon, nutrient-rich Ishigaki Island euglena, and Yaeyama chlorella — with a base of Herb Zyme® 113 Gran Pro, a plant-fermented liquid made from 113 domestically sourced botanicals fermented in traditional cypress barrels. Green superfoods like broccoli sprout and kale round out the blend, while matcha from the historic Kyoto Uji tea house Hotta Katsutaro Shoten (established 1850) brings it all together in a delicious daily wellness drink.

How to use 
Dissolve one sachet (3g) in 300–500ml of water or lukewarm water, once daily. Can also be mixed into enzyme drinks, soy milk (for a matcha soy latte), or plant-based protein shakes, or used as an ingredient in baking.

Matcha (domestically produced), starch hydrolysate, Euglena gracilis-derived paramylon powder (Euglena gracilis-derived paramylon powder, dextrin), Euglena gracilis powder, chlorella powder, plant-fermented lactic acid bacteria extract, komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach) powder, kale powder, spinach powder, kumaizasa (Kuma bamboo grass) powder, broccoli sprout extract powder. Contains soy, apple, banana, and sesame.
