We ship both domestically and internationally. Delivery times vary based on your location.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped  on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you by email if there will be a significant delay.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

JBP is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

JBP is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you would like to have your shipment insured, please contact us before placing order.
