How to use 

• Available as a pack of 5 single-use applicators (1.7 g × 5).  
• Insert approximately 5–8 cm and press the plunger slowly to release the gel, then withdraw gently.  
• Recommended use: approximately once a day, about 3-4 times per week (unless otherwise advised).  
• Not recommended for use during menstruation.

• For external use in the vaginal area only; follow instructions carefully for safe use.
• Avoid use during menstruation or if the applicator tip does not insert smoothly.
• If you experience irritation, unusual symptoms or persistent discomfort, please stop use and consult a healthcare professional.
