Key Features

• PS-B1, the core ingredient: 21 carefully selected bacterial species of human gut origin — 16 lactic acid bacteria and 5 bifidobacteria, chosen from a collection of around 1,000 strains — are fermented together in co-culture, the way they live side by side in the gut. The resulting extract is rich in substances good bacteria naturally produce, including amino acids, peptides, short-chain fatty acids (acetic, butyric and propionic acid), polyphenols and vitamins. PS-B1 is made with a patented manufacturing process and has been studied by Japanese university researchers for more than a decade.
