A dermatologist-developed lifting cushion foundation created by Hiroo Prime Dermatology Clinic — a Tokyo-based aesthetic dermatology clinic specializing in anti-aging treatments. The formula incorporates DMAE (Dimethylaminoethanol), the same fast-acting firming ingredient used in the clinic’s professional “French Shot Skin Renew” tightening treatment. Needle-free, spicule-free, and formulated with a fully physical (non-chemical) sunscreen system, this foundation delivers visible lifting and firming results within 60 seconds of application while providing natural-looking coverage with a luminous, dewy finish. Instant Lifting with DMAE — Contains a high concentration of Dimethylaminoethanol Tartrate, which mimics the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. As acetylcholine naturally declines with age, facial muscles lose tone and sag. DMAE helps activate and tighten facial muscles, restoring firmness and definition to the jawline, cheeks, and nasolabial area within 60 seconds of application.

How to Use
For best results, first apply to one half of the face only to observe the lifting effect on the eyes, nasolabial folds, and jawline.
1. Lightly press the front one-third of the dedicated puff onto the cushion to pick up a small amount of foundation. Avoid taking too much product at once, as this may cause uneven application.
2. Starting from the center of the cheek, pat gently along the zygomaticus major muscle (cheekbone line) toward the temple using a light stamping motion — do not drag or slide the puff.
3. Pat from the chin along the jawline up to the area below the ear. Then pat from the corner of the mouth toward the front of the ear.
4. Apply to the forehead in a radiating pattern from the center outward toward the hairline.
5. Gently press around the nose and eye area to blend. For the sides of the nose, fold the puff in half and press with your finger for better adhesion.
