How to Use
Take an appropriate amount (about the size of a 500-yen coin for an area roughly the size of an A4 sheet) and massage into areas of concern until the yellow Coenzyme Q10 beads disappear. No specific massage technique is required; simply applying it is effective. It can be used at any time: morning and evening, after bathing, or before and after exercise. Continuous use is recommended. A moisturizing cream may be applied afterwards to finish.
Guide: one jar lasts approx. 10 days when used once daily on the whole body, or approx. 1 month when used once daily on the front of the abdomen.
