TOUT VERT’s Medicated Wrinkle White Cream is a triple-action face cream that addresses wrinkle improvement, brightening, and skin-roughness prevention in a single product. This is TOUT VERT’s first product to receive Japanese pharmaceutical approval for three active ingredients simultaneously: Niacinamide (a water-soluble vitamin B3) for wrinkle improvement and melanin suppression, Tranexamic Acid (a synthetic amino acid) for brightening support, and Dipotassium Glycyrrhizinate for anti-inflammatory skin-roughness prevention. The 2025 reformulation upgraded Tranexamic Acid to a certified brightening-active concentration and newly added Dipotassium Glycyrrhizinate, delivering significantly enhanced performance over the previous version.
Niacinamide penetrates beyond the epidermis to the dermis, where it promotes collagen production to improve wrinkles that moisturizers alone cannot address. Along its path through the epidermis, it also supports ceramide production and moisture retention. Combined with Tranexamic Acid — delivered deep into the stratum corneum via a proprietary delivery system — both actives work in tandem to suppress melanin production and help prevent dark spots. Meanwhile, Dipotassium Glycyrrhizinate calms inflammation and prevents the skin roughness and dryness that can trigger dullness and fine lines.
The formula is further enriched with nanoencapsulated vitamins and botanical science ingredients including Ectoine (0.2%), 5 types of ceramides, hyaluronic acid, marine-origin water-soluble collagen, Alpinia Katsumadai seed extract, Codonopsis (党参) extract, water-soluble Centella asiatica extract, bilberry leaf extract, cherry leaf extract, biotin, bisabolol, and multiple forms of vitamins C and E. How to Use
Apply morning and evening to the entire face. Take a pearl-sized amount and gently spread across the face. For areas where wrinkles are a concern, apply an additional layer. When treating wrinkle-prone areas, use the ring finger (which applies the least pressure) and gently work the cream into opened wrinkles. May also be used on the neck and décolletage.
When combining with TOUT VERT’s Retinol 0.1: Use this cream daily (morning and evening, including the eye area), and apply Retinol 0.1 on scheduled retinol days as the final step of your nighttime routine. This combination allows for continuous wrinkle improvement without interruption.
