LACTIS is a postbiotic (biogenic) extract — not a probiotic. It contains no live bacteria. Instead, it delivers fermentation metabolites and bacterial cell body fragments produced when 16 strains of lactic acid bacteria are co-cultured in soymilk and matured for one full year. These components support your existing gut flora regardless of bacterial strain compatibility.
